Junior Area Sales Manager

Job description:

Executes all company procedures and instructions in Bosnia Herzegovina
Coordinate and control all the costs of operations
Budget follow-up and regular reporting to the Balkan Retail manager
Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction
Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Analysis of sales figures and forecast of future sales volumes to maximize profits
Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
Respond to customer complaints and comments
Responsible for the overall store's visual merchandising
Organize and mentor special promotions, displays and events
Control weekly store schedules
Weekly visits to the stores in Bosnia Herzegovina
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitor what local competitors are doing
Mentor operational store activities. (visual, sales, inventory)
Ensure that monthly store quotas are reached

Requirements:

University degree in Economy preferred
3 years experience in a related field
Developed analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Positive attitude, great enthusiasm, and unmatched work flexibility
Willing to work in varying shifts and extended store hours
No obstacle to traveling frequently
Fluent in written and spoken English language
Valid driving license
