Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a timeline and planning to achieve targets.
- Reviewing work performed by team members.
- Coaching and training junior and senior staff on the job.
- Communicating with clients regularly about planning, work performed, and the financial situation of the company.
- Leading the team inside and outside the Becky community.
- Being a spokesperson and coordinator for the team.
- Overseeing and managing accounting staff.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
Job Requirements:
- University degree.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Leadership experience of at least one year.
- Communicative person, ready to work in a team, as well as work on several different tasks at the same time.
- A reliable and precise person.
- Ability to creatively and pragmatically solve business problems.
