Head of Quality Derventa

Main tasks Professional and disciplinary management of all subordinate employees, requesting project-related Q-reports from the Q-engineers and joint presentation to the management, carrying out customer visits and recording the results in the form of visit reports, developing relationships with existing customers, conducting level discussions with the customer, conduct regular strategic customer workshops, management of defined projects, ensuring the implementation of internal audits (system audits and process audits) and evaluation of internal processes, supporting and accompanying customer audits as required, oversee waste management processes, ensuring proper storage, and disposal of waste in accordance with local laws and company policy, monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies, collaborate with relevant departments to identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures, personnel planning and scheduling (incl. vacation planning), selection and induction of new employees, qualification and development of employees, trouble-shooter - contact person for problems in the department. Job Specific Requirements Affinity to the automotive industry, several years of professional experience in the field of QM, UM, QA, knowledge of organizational development, knowledge of the requirements according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, environment ISO 14001, occupational safety ISO 45001, EN 9100 aerospace, knowledge of sampling methods in the automotive industry (suppliers and customers), auditor certificate, IT skills, in particular MS Office, good English skills.
