Quality Engineer Derventa

Main tasks Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements (OEM CSRs), and internal quality standards Support APQP activities for new product launches Prepare and maintain PPA documentation and submissions Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams Conduct MSA and SPC studies to ensure process capability Lead root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Respond to customer quality concerns and lead containment actions Perform internal, supplier, and layered process audits Analyze quality performance data (scrap, rework, warranty, PPM) and drive continuous improvement Support change management and engineering change control Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiative Job requirements / Skills Affinity to the automotive industry Several years of professional experience in the field of QA Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, environmental ISO 14001, occupational safety ISO 45001, EN 9100 aerospace Knowledge of sampling methods in the automotive industry (suppliers and customers) IT skills, especially MS Office Knowledge of English Good communication skills, high resilience Moderation and presentation skills Kandidati zainteresovani za posao Quality Engineer Derventa svoje prijave mogu slati putem opcije "Prijavite se za posao".
