As a Technical Account Manager, you are the expert of our Fleet Management software. You'll be the key customer contact, responsible for smooth technical onboarding and ongoing support. Your exceptional project management and communication skills will be vital in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring their needs are met.
What you will do
- Guide new customers through technical product setup, ensuring rapid adoption
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams for swift resolutions
- Provide timely and helpful customer support for existing customers (level 1 and 2)
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty
- Anticipate client needs, recommending tailored product usage and low-code solutions to drive success
What you bring to the table
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success and/or Customer Support
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Prior technical collaboration experience and a solid understanding of SaaS environments
- Skilled in understanding, interpreting and translating technical data to various stakeholders to drive product development
- Fluency in English (additional language capabilities are a plus!)
