What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, or talent acquisition
• Background in construction or technical recruitment is a plus
• Strong communication skills verbal and written (English required; French is a plus)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Confident in outreach, cold messaging, and relationship building
• Experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools such as Recruiterflow, Apollo, or SH
• Laptop and smartphone required for daily operations and communication

What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates for various construction-related roles (e.g., Project Managers, Estimators, Site Supervisors, Engineers, etc.)
• Conduct resume screening, outreach, and first-round interviews to evaluate fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates
• Build and nurture a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates in key industry segments
• Manage job ads across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal systems
• Use Boolean search, social media, and sourcing tools to target passive talent
• Maintain organized records and track progress in our ATS and CRM systems
• Participate in daily team and/or client calls to align on hiring needs and priorities
• Collaborate with the team to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
• Contribute to employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
