We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG that combines an open world, roleplay (RP), life simulation, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real time.

We are looking for a Creative Producer who will help grow the project's advertising direction, manage the creative strategy, and scale the production of high-performing marketing materials.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Generate and develop ideas for advertising creatives based on data and test results.

  • Form hypotheses and define directions for testing new mechanics and approaches.

  • Brief external agencies, evaluate and control the quality of deliverables, and ensure alignment with the creative strategy.

  • Maintain and evolve the creative strategy based on testing outcomes and analytics.

  • Work with marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, etc.), identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.

  • Ensure a consistent flow of creatives and coordinate collaboration with external partners and vendors.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Creative Producer in the gaming industry.

  • Experience in User Acquisition or in creating advertising creatives.

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
